It is a property of the Marriott International chain that will be located in the Río de Piedras neighborhood, becoming the first Aloft in Honduras. The project is synonymous with development for the region, especially in the tourism sector, and has generated more than 250 direct jobs and more than 400 indirect jobs. Its construction is financed by the local bank Banrural.

A steel structure, bolted for a mixed-use building; Aloft will feature a social and a commercial area.
