The project encompassed the construction of a textile production plant, totaling 100,000 m2 of construction.

The project included the construction of the first phase of Ofibodegas in Villa Canales, Guatemala, 10,000 m2 of steel.  

The project included the construction of a two-level structure of 400 m2 of steel in Chiquimula, Guatemala.
